Full-Time Water Monitor
Example of Duties:
Use and understand various mapping systems (electronic/ paper) as it relates
to project requirements
Maintain detailed records and correspondence as it relates to the project.
Maintain an extensive database to insure timely notification of benefit use
Review maps, deeds, legal descriptions, land surveys, easements and other
technical information as it pertains to property rights and ownership.
Monitor right – of-ways and easements for encroachment and work with
landowners to resolve any issues that arise
Collecting GPS data to upgrade mapping system with canals, pipelines and
other man made features.
Meet and greet clients and maintain excellent customer service to patrons,
investors and members
Communicates orally and in writing with district members, co-workers, and
the public, in face-to-face, one on one, and group settings
Travel frequent within and outside of Central Oregon
Position may require extended and “On-Call” hours during prime season.
Position requires weekly and weekend rotations during peak season.
Must be able to lift up to 80-100lbs
Requires an Oregon Driver’s License with proof of good driving record.
