Full-Time Bookkeeper – Office Manager
We are looking for an experience bookkeeper who will also manage the office.
Be able to use Quick-books
Be able to work in Excel
Do daily, weekly and monthly reports
Provide statements to clients , customers and owners.
Accounts Payable and Receivables
Bank Deposits and Monthly Reconciliation
Manage office and 1-3 employees
Process dues, fines, fees, payments, 1099’s, end of year statements, accept documents from customers.
Complete all reports required by the State of Oregon
Process payroll and taxes.
This is a full time position and hours are Tuesday – Saturday 8-5.
Will have some weekends during peak season.
Must be willing to commute
Be able to pass pre-employment screenings
