Full-Time Experienced Customer Service Position
We currently are seeking an experienced customer service staff partner.
This position will work 20-35 hours a week. But the candidate must be flexible to work a variety of hours and days Monday – Friday.
Candidate must have at least 6 months – 2 years experience working with Micro Soft Office Suites with knowledge of Excel and Publisher programs.
Candidate will be doing a variety of tasks , filing, data entry, processing mail, invoices, client information, answering phones, mail correspondence, greeting customers, scheduling appointments, processing insurance information as well as other front office staff duties.
Candidate will be dealing with sensitive information, products and procedures.
Work under a variety of conditions and be able to maintain compassion, composure and professionalism at all times is a must.
Be an effective communicator in all forms when helping customers that can be in person, email or over the phone. Bilingual Candidate would be preferred – MUST be able to read, speak and write English and Spanish.
Must have ability to run all standard office equipment.
Candidate must be able to pass all pre-employment processes to qualify for employment.
Starting wage is $10.00 / hour
Will average 20-35 hours a week
