Full-Time Office assistant
- Answer multi-line phones – 4 lines, operate fax machine, scanner and copier
- Be proficient with MS Office applications including Outlook and Excel
- Be accurate and have good attention to detail
- process warranty and insurance claims
- schedule service’s and order parts
- Possess the ability to multi-task in a sometimes busy or stressful environment
- Typing speed at 35 + wpm, experience with ten key or bookkeeping is a plus.
- Be agreeable to light janitorial work including keeping the drug screen areas clean and sanitized
- Assist in all other office administration duties as assigned
- Quickbooks experience
- M-F 30 to 40 hours per week
