Full-Time Production Associate
Multiple, Full time openings at a Redmond Herbal Supplement Supplier
Follow Standard Operating Procedures.
Ensure no cross contamination occurs.
Inspect all products during manufacturing and packaging, maintaining high quality standards.
Inform Supervisor or Quality Control of any irregularities or concerns.
Understand and follow company’s basic rules, policies and procedures.
Be dependable, accurate and possess integrity and commitment to high quality standards.
Ability to perform basic math/algebra functions to complete paperwork.
Strong communication skills (oral and written).
Strong interpersonal skills, able to work as a team.
Able to manage stress appropriately.
Able to work alone/independently.
Able to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Stand and walk for extended periods of time (8 -10 hours/day).
Perform repetitive tasks
Able to hear alarms/telephone/tape recorder/normal speaking voice.
Good manual dexterity, eye-hand-foot coordination, clarity of vision.
Ability to reach over your head and shoulders, twist at waist, lift up to 50 lbs, lift from floor level up.
Ability to work in a warehouse climate conditions.
Education: High School Diploma or GED Certification: NCRC preferred
Experience: 1 – 3 years of experience in a production or similar environment strongly preferred.
Starting Pay: $14+ / Hour DOE
