Email Mid Oregon Personnel a completed onboarding packet (Click the Paper New Hire Packet button to download). If you prefer electronic onboarding, click the Electronic Onboarding button. If we need to rush placement, please call us.Start Date
Mid Oregon personnel will send a confirmation email to COIC that the placement location is ready to receive interns. Interns cannot begin work until you receive this confirmation.
