This is the system that we use for our CRM, electronic onboarding, timekeeping, and more!
FIRST TIME LOGGING INTO AVIONTE
A link is sent to the intern when they have been assigned to a job by Mid Oregon Personnel. If an intern doesn't login within 24-hours, the link will show expired. Interns can go to the Avionte Login page (located on our home page, "Portal Login," and then click "Avionte") enter their email address and select Forgot Password to set up their Avionte account. The same rules apply for COIC/YCC counselors.
PASSWORD RESET
If you or your intern isn't able to access Avionte using "Forgot Password," please submit the request below to request a password reset.
AVIONTE TASKS
Tasks are sent to the intern's Avionte portal when completing electronic onboarding. When they login, they'll see a list of tasks to complete. When they click "Start," they will be guided through each task. Alternately, they can click on the first item on the task list. They will receive an onscreen message to let them know they are being directed to AdobeSign to complete the task(s). They fill out the form, sign, and submit (Apply button).
